Full renovation and floor plan reconfiguration of an 1800s condominium on the ocean block of Dewey Beach. We took it from a dated, 1980s three-bedroom, 2.5 bath rental unit to a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath modern beach retreat for a family of five

 

Camp Meeting Cottage Restoration

Full restoration and addition of a turn-of-the-century Rehoboth Beach cottage. This was one of the original homes in Rehoboth Beach, built when the town was a Methodist Camp family retreat. Winner of the Rehoboth Beach Cottage Restoration Award
